Your body is always communicating what is going on inside you and what it needs. As you are preoccupied with so many thoughts, it is easy to ignore these signals. And so, you feel stuck in your head, disconnected from yourself and your emotions.

Normal massage gives you relaxation but is usually not the solution for you. You often feel that the tension returns after a few hours. Body therapy goes far beyond this as it is a holistic healing journey that nourishes your whole being and gives you long-term results.

Initial Assessment

We begin with an initial assessment to understand your concerns, pains, and emotional issues. This helps to identify areas of emotional blockages and body tensions.

Connection Moment

A session starts with a moment to let go of the outside world and connect with yourself. Slow down the pace of thoughts and create a connection with your body and breathing, allowing yourself to open.

Breathing and Movement

You will be guided with deep breathing and easy body movements to slowly get in touch with your feeling and emotions. This is an important stage that helps release deeper tensions during the massage.

Therapeutic Massage

A moment of deepening through a combination of deep and gentle touch to access points of physical and emotional tension. This helps promote the circulation of energy through the body.

Emotional Expression

During the session you are encouraged to express your emotions freely, through words, crying, shouting or spontaneous movements. This helps to release repressed emotions and clear blockages.

The healing process does not stop after the session. To integrate your experience properly, I give you tools that you can apply in your daily life. As a result, the emotional and physical experience will give you more balance and promote well-being.

Hi, I’m Isabela and I look forward to meeting you!

My journey into holistic health began 6 years ago after I completed my first yoga training. At that time, I had an anxiety crisis and depression. Yoga helped me accept and love myself, realizing that my body was my home. A place I could go back to when the craziness of the world shook me.

Touch is a powerful tool to heal our bodies. It connects us to who we are. It lets us feel again what is going on inside us. Integrating with our soul and emotions.

As my journey of healing continued after becoming a yoga teacher, I came across massage. This inspired me to learn this myself, and so I combined various techniques to form Body Therapy. What is a combination of yoga, Thai massage and Reichian massage/therapy.

I use this tool as an act of love to allow the body – so judged, criticised, and mistreated in today’s society – to be a channel for transformation and access to peace and harmony that exists within each of us.
