You Start with Understanding
You begin with an initial assessment. Together, we map where tension lives in your body. This reveals how your emotions and physical patterns are connected.
Connection Moment
You are then guided to let go of the outside world. Slowing down your thoughts. Your nervous system receives permission to enter restoration mode. Creating a connection with your body and breath. Allowing yourself to open up.
Breathing and Movement
You’re guided through deep breathing and gentle movement. Slowly, you begin to feel. Emotions surface. Your body becomes more open. This stage prepares you for deeper release during the massage.
Touch with Precision
Now we go deeper. A combination of gentle and firm touch reaches the points where tension hides. Directly improving the circulation of energy through your body. Opening all the blocked pathways. Softening your muscles.
Emotional Expression
You are invited to express emotions freely. Crying. Speaking. Shaking. Silence. It’s all welcome. The space is safe. Nothing is forced. Everything is supported.
Integration
The session doesn’t end when the touch stops. You will receive specific tools to help integrate the shifts. That way, the emotional and physical release turns into something lasting. Balance becomes your natural state.

Pressure behind the eyes. Often linked to tension headaches, blurred vision, or skin issues around the forehead and face.
Oral
Blockages around the mouth and jaw. Linked to difficulty expressing emotions or setting clear boundaries.
Cervical
Tension in the neck and throat. Connected to control, responsibility overload, and trouble asking for help.
Thoracic

Diaphragmatic

Hi, I’m Isabela and I look forward to meeting you!
My journey into holistic health began 7 years ago, after I completed my first yoga training. At that time, I was facing anxiety and depression. Yoga helped me accept and love myself. Realising that my body was my home. A place I could go back to when the craziness of the world felt too much.
Touch is a powerful tool to heal our bodies. It connects us to who we are. It lets us feel again what is going on inside us. Integrating with our soul and emotions.
As my journey of healing continued, I discovered touch and massage. This inspired me to learn this myself. With combining various healing techniques I created Body Therapy. A combination of yoga, Thai massage and Reichian bodywork.
This work is an act of love. It offers your body a way back to peace. It’s a channel for deep transformation. A return to harmony. And a homecoming to yourself.
